Agnes Spence &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Feb. 14, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Agnes H. Spence, 92, of Mildred, died Monday evening at the Skilled Nursing &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Unit of the Memorial Hospital, TowandaBorn April 20, 1901, in Albany
Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Yanney Harney.
She attended local schools, and worked for many years at the former Dushore
Silk Mill. She later worked at the former Endicott Johnson Shoe Factory,
Mildred. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was later operated a restaurant for several years at Foley's Corner.
She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Mildred. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie (Cy) Spence, April 29,
1974; grandson, Bruno John Guglielmi, July 7, 1983; sisters, Mame Yonkin and
Helen Dinsmore. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are sons, John and James, both of Mildred; daughters, Elizabeth
Foley, Johnson City, N.Y.; Mildred Guglielmi, Mildred; brother, Paul,
Laddsburg; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one niece and two
nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday from the P. Dean Homer
Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Francis of
Assisi Church, Mildred, with the Very Rev. Patrick J. McLaughlin, V.F.,
officiating. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in St. Basil's Cemetery, Dushore. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Scripture services will be 8 p.m. today.
