 Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $1,000 for
information leading to the arrest of Earl Burke, wanted by the Pennsylvania &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; State Police for escapeBurke is also wanted by Philadelphia authorities for
failing to appear for sentencing on a rape conviction from 1986. In December
1991, Burke was taken into police custody, however he managed to get free and
escape. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Burke is a black male, age 44, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a
scar over his right eye. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, has
the tattoo "slim" on his upper right arm and has used the alias Harvey Glenn
Bell. Investigators say he has a Muslim affiliation and may assume a Muslim
name. They feel he could be located almost anywhere. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
