Dorothy Smith &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Feb. 14, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dorothy E. Smith, of Valley View Drive, Courtdale, died Monday at Nesbitt &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Memorial Hospital, KingstonBorn in Kingston, she was the daughter of the
late Joseph and Verna Sidelko Evans. She was a graduate of Kingston High
School. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Prior to her retirement in 1985, she was employed by the Social Security
Administration, Wilkes-Barre. She was a member of St. Mary's Byzantine
Catholic Church, and was a former member of its choir. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are her husband, James J.; brothers, Joseph Evans, Swoyersville;
John Evans, Kingston; several nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday from the Kopicki Funeral Home,
263 Zerbey Ave., Kingston, with a Requiem Service at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's
Byzantine Catholic Church. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Edwardsville. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Parastas services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today by the Rev. Stephan
Koster, pastor.
