Oh the weather outside is frightful&#8230;
				A quick moving winter storm moved into the region Tuesday morning leaving behind, you guessed it, more snow.
				Snow accumulations before the storm moves away later today is expected to be two to four inches in the lower elevations of the Wyoming Valley with up to five to six inches in the higher terrains. The heaviest snowfall is expected to taper off in the late morning hours, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton, N.Y.
				Due to the winter storm impacting the region, PennDOT has temporarily reduced the speed limit on several major roadways in northeastern Pennsylvania.
				Speeds have been reduced to 45 mph on:<ul><li>Interstate 80 east of Interstate 81 in Luzerne County.</li><li>Interstate 84 in Lackawanna, Pike and Wayne counties.</li><li>Interstate 380 in Lackawanna and Wayne counties.</li><li>Interstate 81 in Luzerne County to the New York state line.</li></ul>
				Truck drivers are reminded to travel in he right lane on the interstates.
				Don&rsquo;t put those snow shovels and snow machines away just yet.
				After a forecasted partly sunny day on Wednesday, snow is in the forecast Thursday through the weekend with high temperatures expected to remain below freezing.
