 Oct. 17, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gomer James, 94, of Susquehanna Avenue, West Pittston, died Oct. 17 at
homeBorn in the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre on Jan. 7, 1900, he was the
son of the late David and Anna James. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Prior to retiring in 1967 he was employed as a road conductor by
Erie/Lackawanna Railroad. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a member of First Baptist Church, Parsons. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Edith King, in 1992;
brothers, Harris and David; and sisters, Isabell and Jane. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving
