Paul Kanjorski, D-nanticoke, Issued The Following Statement Tuesday: ``upon Review, I See Very Little Positive Effect On The Workers Of Northeastern And Central Pennsylvania With The Passage Of The General Agreement On Tariffs And Trade (gatt). As A Result, I Am Voting Against The Gatt Today. I Believe Its Passage Will Be Detrimental To The Working People Of Our Area And Across The Country In The Short Term.
