Metro Nesterak &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nov. 30, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Metro Nesterak, 80, of Rahway, N.J., died Wednesday evening in the Rahway &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Hospital, Rahway, N.JBorn in Old Forge on Nov. 7, 1914, he was a son of the
late Simon and Tatiana Suchina Nesterak. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was educated in the Old Forge public school system. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was employed at Hyatt-New Departure Division of General Motors, Clarke,
N.J., before retiring in 1974. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a member of St. Michael's Russian Orthodox Church Newark, N.J. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a life member of the Church of A Cappella Choir. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons Lafayette Lodge, Rahway,
N.J., and the Square Club. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a tenor of the A Cappella Male Chorus of New Jersey. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He also was a member of the United Auto Workers Union and the Senior
Citizens of Rahway, N.J. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He and his wife, the former Lovie Gambal, celebrated their 53rd wedding
anniversary in September. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Pauline
Nesterak and Mrs. Tillie Sapko, who died in October 1994. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son, Thomas, Howell, N.J.;
daughter, Catherine Macmillan, Jackson, N.J.; four grandchildren; sisters,
Mrs. Olga Serafin, Long Island, N.Y.; Mrs. Lovie Coyle, Hudson, Ohio; Mrs.
Helen Jurczyk, the Poconos; Mrs. Anna Anderman, Bronx, N.Y.; brother, Peter,
Plains; John, Marina, Calif.; nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday from the Pettit-Davis Funeral
Home, 371 W. Milton Ave., Rahway, N.J., with funeral services at noon in St.
Michael's Russian Orthodox Church, Oliver Street, Newark, N.J. The Rev.
Sophrony Royer, pastor, will officiate. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will follow in St. Vladimir's Russian Orthodox Christian
Cemetery, Rova Farm, Jackson, N.J. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
