WILKES-BARRE -- After discovering blatantly racist fliers hanging on street
lamps and poles throughout the northern part of the city Tuesday night, Stan
Hamilton says many of the city's African-Americans are angry and scared. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "I'm outraged, and I've been outraged in the past," said Hamilton, a black
community leader, who operates two ministries for children and people needing
social services. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hamilton found out about the fliers when Audrey Hayes, of North River
Street, told him that she and her son ripped down about 12 racist fliers near
the Luzerne County Courthouse Annex and King's College on Tuesday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Hamilton provided copies of the fliers to The Times Leader. One denounces
the intelligence of blacks and portrays an unflattering caricature of a black
man. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Another flyer reads: ~"Race mixing! You wanna puke? Or maybe cry? How about
kill?" &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Both fliers included the address of an organization called the Aryan Racial
Loyalist Party in Euclid, Ohio. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Hamilton is concerned about the "race mixing" flyer because it encourages
violence, he said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "It's a racist valley, and we better go ahead and realize it," Hamilton
said. "What I'm going to say to black people is: we must fight fire with fire.
We plan to protect ourselves and our families and our children." &nbsp;&nbsp;&amp;nbs
