A Story On Page 2a Of Wednesday's Edition Of The Times Leader Requires Clarification. Samuel Wolfe Iii Did Not Hold An Interest In 67-69 And 59-61-63 Davis Place With Either Dick Or Mike Giarratano. Wolfe Did Own The Property At One Time, But Sold It To Dick Giarratano In 1989. His Name Appeared On The Deed After 1989 Because He Financed A Portion Of The Sale.
