 Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, following an illnessBorn in
Wilkes-Barre, Oct. 10, 1925, he was a son of the late Leroy and Frances Fultz
Garinger. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by sisters, Mrs. Norma Taylor, Mrs. Mildred Barner
and Mrs. Hazel Winter; and a brother, Albert. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Eileen Garinger, New Albany; daughters, Mrs.
Bonnie E. Bonick, Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. Doris E. Swingle, New Albany; Mrs. Nancy
Bartholomew, Monroeton; Mrs. Linda Furman, Camptown; Ruth Ann Garinger,
