Glenwood Franklin &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Dec. 18, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Glenwood Newton Franklin, 87, of First Street, Wyalusing, died Sunday in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Towanda Memorial HospitalBorn March 23, 1907 in Wilmot Township, Bradford
County, he was the son of the late Newton and Harriet Whipple Franklin. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He married the former Mary Steele in Towanda on March 22, 1934. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He worked for the G.L.F., later Agway, in Wyalusing for many years and
retired from G.T.E. Sylvania in March of 1972 after 15 years of service. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a lifelong resident of the Wyalusing area. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by brothers, Charles, Carl and Norman. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are his wife, Mary, at home; Glorianne, Athens; sons, Paul, Troy;
Robert, Odessa, N.Y.; Gerald, Wyalusing; Ernest Larry, Laceyville; brother,
Burton, Cayuta, N.Y.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces
and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He ~was a member of the Wyalusing United Methodist Church. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday from the P. Dean Homer
Funeral Home, 1 Grovedale Lane, Wyalusing, with the Rev. Sue Hardman-Zimmerman
and the Rev. Philip Wanck officiating. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
