Edward Russell Lawson &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Dec. 18, 1994 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Edward Russell Lawson, of Merriweather Court, Summerville, S.C., died
Sunday at Charleston HospitalBorn June 7, 1926, in Sugar Notch, he was the
daughter of the late Carl R. and Clara Cunfer Lawson. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He attended Summerville Baptist Church and was a salesman for Endura Co.,
Greensboro, N.C. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are his wife, Flossie R., Summerville; sons, Thomas E.,
Summerville; David R., Kankakee, Ill.; brothers, Robert, Shickshinny; Donald
and William, both of Sugar Notch; Charles, Lyndhurst, N.J.; sisters, Mabel
Kozicki, Mountaintop; Mary Hixson, Berwick; and six grandchildren. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from Parks Funeral Home
Chapel, Summerville. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be 11 a.m. Thursday from Beaufort National Cemetery. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
