Wildflower Festival Seeking Artists For Upcoming Seasonal Exhibit 
Artists Are Being Sought Who Would Like To Exhibit During The 1995 Wildflower 
Festival Of Art At The Dorflinger-suydam Wildlife Sanctuary. Preliminary Plans 
For The 1995 Season Are Currently Being Made By The Sanctuary's Art Committee 
Under The Direction Of Margot Clauss.

SUGARLOAF TWP. -- Forensic anthropologist Thomas Crist has determined the
body of a female found in a wooded area just off of Tomhicken Road on Tuesday
had been there between four and 18 months. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Crist identified the body as that of a white female, between 5 feet and 5
feet 4 inches tall, and between the ages of 38 and 44. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; State trooper Brian Tobin said the investigation is continuing. Police have
entered information about the case into two computer programs -- Analytical
Techniques for the Apprehension of Criminals and a national database program
called the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 These programs focus on all homicides, solved and unsolved, serial crimes
and selected extremely violent crimes. It also may include missing persons.
Both programs use comparative analysis of minute physical evidence,
offender/victim behavioral characteristics and motive. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
