 Loan will help N.J. business set up facility at Crestwood &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gov. Robert P. Casey on Thursday announced the approval of a $400,000 state
loan for AEP Industries Inc., a New Jersey-based plastic-wrapping manufacturer
that is establishing a $17 million facility in the Crestwood Industrial Park
in Wright TownshipThe project is expected to create 244 jobs. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 AEP Industries will use the loan to equip its plant with a cast extruder,
which is used to combine production materials. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 This loan, through the Department of Commerce's Machinery and Equipment
Loan Fund, brings the department's total investment in the project to $5.7
million. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 AEP Industries had been considering various sites in Pennsylvania and New
Jersey before deciding on the Luzerne County site. Founded in 1970, AEP
Industries manufactures polyethylene film used by the packaging, beverage,
food, pharmaceutical, agricultural and textile industries. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
