Another year gone by and no word about Phylicia Thomas. Her mother thinks
she knows where she is. Her ex-boyfriend (Phylicia's) won't tell or say where
she is. I think I know where my granddaughter is, but I can't prove it. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 So again there will be an empty chair at the Christmas dinner table. Those
who caused her disappearance will never be forgotten by any of us. We will
wait for as long as it takes. One day this story will be out in the open. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The man upstairs will straighten this sad affair out for all to see. Count
on it. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
