Commissioners dedicate 2 county bridges &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Luzerne County commissioners Thursday dedicated two county bridges that
underwent substantial renovationThe first, in Hunlock Township, was repaired
for $55,000 by the county's Road and Bridge Department with assistance from
the Displaced Flood Worker Program. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The second, in Foster Township, cost $600,000 to repair -- of which 80
percent, or $480,000, was paid by the state as part of the Commonwealth's
Billion Dollar Bridge Program. The county's Office of Community Development
paid the remaining $120,000. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The 1888 bridge required historic and archaeological studies before
construction could begin. Borton-Lawson Engineering designed the renovations,
which were accomplished by Bloomsburg construction company Wayne W. Knorr Inc. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
