The following incidents were reported by state police or area police
departments: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Condition upgraded &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; LONG POND -- The condition of a 9-year-old girl who was struck by a
suspected drunken driver at the Pocono Raceway on Sunday has been upgraded to
satisfactory at Lehigh Valley Hospital, police said MondayThe driver of the
vehicle, Forester Vanderhoff, 29, of Nanticoke, was arrested on suspicion of
driving while under the influence, state police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Erica Lutz, of Arrowhead Lake, was transported by helicopter to the Lehigh
Valley facility after the 1:30 p.m. accident. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Police are still investigating to determine if any other charges will be
filed. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
