 July 27, 1996 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Esther Pickler, 70, of Church Street, Pittston, died Saturday at
Wilkes-Barre &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 General HospitalBorn in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late John and
Margaret McNulty Gallagher. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She attended Pittston High School; retired from a local dress factory, a
member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, John; a son, Theodore; several
brothers and sisters. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are sons, Edward, Pittston; Thomas, Old Forge; a daughter, Mrs.
Esther Lorraine Durling, Pittston; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday from the Donnelly-Callahan
Funeral Home, 802 Susquehanna Ave., West Pittston, with a Mass of Christian
Burial at 10 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in the parish cemetery. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
