Sidewalk Chalk Contest will be held Aug. 3 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Fourth Annual Sidewalk Chalk Contest and Festival will be held at
Marquis &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Art and Frame, 122 S. Main St., in Wilkes-Barre from 10 a.m. to noon on &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Saturday, Aug. 3All children are eligible to participate. Prizes will be
awarded to the top three contestants in the following age groups: 5-6 years,
7-9 years and 10-12 years. One grand prize winner will win a bike. First
runner-up will receive a $100 savings bond, second runner-up receives a $50
savings bond, and third runner-up a Crayola Art Set. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Other events include face painting, sand art and jewelry making. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
