 July 29, 1996 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Amelia Koslosky, 87, formerly of East Green Street, Nanticoke, died Monday
at &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Bonhams Nursing Home, StillwaterBorn in Glen Lyon, she was the daughter of
the late John and Frances Kurzawski Makowski. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She graduated from Newport Township schools, and Bloomsburg State Teachers
College in 1926. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was employed as an elementary school teacher by Newport Township
schools from the age of 18 until the time of her marriage, and was a member of
St. Francis Church, Nanticoke. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, John, in Jan. 1989; brothers and
sisters. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving is a son, John P., Red Rock; nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Thursday from the Grontkowski Funeral
Home 51-53 W. Green St., Nanticoke, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m.
in St. Francis Church, Nanticoke. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Nanticoke. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev.
Santino Fannuci conducting services at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
