 It's unfortunate that just a handful of individuals who use our roads for
dump sites can make our community appear uglyIt only takes a little trash, a
few tires and some bottles to ruin an otherwise attractive roadway. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; We applaud those individuals who participate in the Adopt a Highway and
other cleanup programs for their work in keeping our community and others
