<p>AVOCA &#8212; The Avoca Neighborhood Crime Watch is sponsoring a clean-up at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 25. The event is held in conjunction with PennDOT&#8217;s yearly Great American Clean Up of Pennsylvania. PennDOT will provide materials necessary.
