County hopes tax goes unchallenged &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Recently the United States Supreme Court struck down a North Carolina
personal property tax that is similar to our Pennsylvania law. However, our
county commissioners have decided to ignore the highest court's rulingI feel
that the commissioners are counting on not being challenged. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I urge that all who are affected contact their legislators and insist upon
compliance with the court's ruling. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
