 Guardians of the Plymouth Borough Time Capsule are invited to attend a
sign-in meeting at 6 p.m. today at the Plymouth Historical Society . &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Time Capsule was originally sealed during the 1966 Plymouth Centennial
celebrations and was opened in 1991. It will not be opened again until 2016.
Capsule guardians are young people from the area who have volunteered to
safeguard the capsule until that time. Guardians are encouraged to wear their
time capsule t-shirts to this meeting. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The public is invited and refreshments will be served. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Rabbi Joseph named chairman of Jewish Fund &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Jewish National Fund Council of Wyoming Valley recently named Rabbi
Michael L. Joseph, spiritual leader of Temple B'nai B'rith, as chairman of the
Jewish National Fund Campaign. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Fund is a non-governmental land redemption, restoration and
afforestation agency in Israel. Since its establishment in 1901, it has
concentrated its efforts on transforming wastelands into forests, farms,
parks, and recreation areas, as well as water conservation projects. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Rabbi Joseph is a graduate of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of
Religion, Cincinnati, Ohio, and received his master of Hebrew letters in 1988.
He also holds a bachelor of arts degree from Yale University. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
