 December 24, 1996 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pearl F. Kotinsley, formerly of Fourth Street, Larksville, died Tuesday at
the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Valley Crest Nursing Center, Plains TownshipBorn in Larksville, she was the
daughter of the late Paul and Frances Zawadski Smigelski. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She graduated from Larksville High School and East Stroudsburg College. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Larksville. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank "Shorty" Kotinsley; a
sister, Eleanor Hickman. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a daughter, Audrey Yakimowicz, Sugar Notch; a sister, Teresa
Domkowski, Milford, Conn.; several nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services were held Friday, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St.
John the Baptist Church, Larksville. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment was in the parish cemetery, Dallas. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
