WILKES-BARRE -- Two women convicted of prostitution were sentenced Friday
in Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 In early December, a jury convicted Cindy Clark, 38, of Stoney Hill Road,
Weatherly, of promoting prostitution by operating the Fantasia Massage Parlor
in Hazleton. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Judge Joseph Augello sentenced Clark to two to 23 months in the Luzerne
County Correctional Facility and fined her $500. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The judge said Clark may not work in the massage industry upon her release
from prison. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The judge sentenced Lorraine Donnelly, 22, of Fairchild Street, Nanticoke,
to one year probation for a prostitution conviction. She must spend the first
30 days of her probation in home confinement. She also must pay a $100 fine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 City police said Fantasia offered manual stimulation of the genitals in
exchange for money. Police said Donnelly, Clark's employee, masturbated an
undercover police officer in the massage parlor for $110 on May 2. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Donnelly admitted to performing "hand release" on clients, but said she
thought the practice was legal. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Fantasia was located at 100 S. Gardner Parkway. The massage parlor opened
last March. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
