Frances Schneider &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Dec. 30, 1996 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Frances (Filoreto) Schneider, 92, of Hazleton, died Dec. 30 at Mountain
City &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center, Hazleton, where she had been a
guestBorn in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret
(La Rocca) Filoreto. She lived in the area her entire life. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 At one time she worked at the Duplan Silk Mill of Hazleton. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church of West
Hazleton. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband,
William J., 1974; brothers, Alfonso, George, John and Frank; granddaughter,
Terry Wallace. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a son, William A., Hazleton; daughter, Margaret "Peggy"
Schneider, Manchester, England; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren;
brothers, Karl and Vincent, both of Hazleton; Rex, Conyngham; sisters, Theresa
Filoreto, Hazleton; Mrs. James (Evelyn) Howell, West Hazleton; nieces and
nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services were to be held from the Krapf &amp; Hughes Funeral Home,
Hazleton, followed by interment in Mountain View Cemetery, West Hazleton. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Memorial contributions may be made to The Helping Hands Society, 301 Rocky
Road, Hazleton, PA 18201. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
