 January 5, 1997 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dorothy M. Loughran, of New York City, died Sunday at her niece's home in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Laurel RunBorn in Manayunk, she was the daughter of the late Michael and
Mary Bihlmaier Loughran. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She graduated from Manayunk Catholic High School. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a supervisor of room service
at Bally International Casino Hotel, Atlantic City. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She lived in Atlantic City, N.J., most her life. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a sister, Marie Woods, Atlantic City, N.J.; and a niece,
Dorothy Holzter with whom she resided in Laurel Run. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Elizabeth's Church,
Bear Creek. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 There will be no calling hours. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral arrangements by the Bednarski Funeral Home, 27 Park Ave.,
Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
