WYOMING -- Three people were injured Saturday morning in a one-car crash
along West Eighth Street. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nicholas Bantell, 30, of West Wyoming, was eastbound on West Eighth Street
when he lost control of his Chevrolet minivan while trying to grab something
in the back seat, police said. The vehicle struck a UGI utility pole, then
flipped onto its roof. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bantell's wife, Amy Sue Bantell, 32, had to be freed by emergency
personnel. She was taken to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital for treatment,
police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was listed in guarded condition Sunday night, a hospital spokeswoman
said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nicholas Bantell and his 9-year-old son were treated at Geisinger Wyoming
Valley and released, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 No charges will be filed, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Wilkes-Barre man cited with disorderly conduct &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE -- Robert McDonald, 39, of Hughes Street, was cited with
disorderly conduct and public drunkenness early Sunday morning following a
domestic dispute at his home, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 W-B teenager arrested on trespass charge &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE -- Eric Jones, 18, of Kidder Street, was arrested early Sunday
morning at the corner of North River and North streets, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jones was wanted on an outstanding warrant for defiant trespass, police
said. He was released after paying a $177 fine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 W-B man to face charge of criminal mischief &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE -- Anthony Rodriquez, 33, of Plains Township, will be summoned
to appear before District Justice Martin Kane, of Wilkes-Barre, on charges of
criminal mischief and harassment, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The charges stem from an incident early Sunday morning in which Rodriquez
allegedly smashed a front-door window at 56 Darling St., police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Beverly Mileczynski reported that Rodriquez came to her front door and
asked for her son. When told that he wasn't home, Rodriquez allegedly punched
and smashed a 2-foot-by-3-foot front door window, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
