Margaret Ferry &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 January 6, 1997 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Margaret (McGrellis) Ferry, 90, formerly of Third Street, Ilion, N.Y., died &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Monday at the Mohawk Valley Nursing HomeBorn April 7, 1906 in Kingston, she
was the daughter of the late John and Margarette Keating McGrellis. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She graduated from Wyoming Seminary, Kingston, in 1927. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She married John T. Ferry at St. Ignatius Church, Kingston. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a resident of Ilion since 1973 and was a member of the Church of
the Annunciation, Ilion; the A.A.R.P. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, John T., on Oct. 9, 1972; a
sister, Frances Tuffy; brothers, Leo and Ray McGrellis. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a daughter, Joan M. Carne, Peterborough, N.H.; five
grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in St. Ignatius Church,
Kingston, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in St. Vincent Cemetery, Plymouth. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Applegate &amp; Day Funeral
Home, 102 West St., Ilion, N.Y. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 All funeral and burial arrangements were prearranged by the Applegate &amp; Day
Funeral Home. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
