 In other news, the Sugar Notch Borough Council will hold its monthly
meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 14 at the Borough Building. William Crossin

 P.T.A. meeting &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Edward Mackin Elementary, P.T.A. will be holding its monthly meeting at
7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the school library. All parents are invited to
attend. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The sixth grade trip will be discussed as well as the upcoming bookfair and
candy sale. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Parents of sixth grade studentswill meet in the library at 6:30 p.m. to
discuss plans for the trip. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Mothers of Twins and Triplets to meet &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Luzerne County Mothers of Twins and Triplets Club will hold its regular
monthly meeting at 8 p.m. Monday. Meetings are held the second Monday of each
month at St. John's Lutheran Church, River and Academy Streets, Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Information will be available regarding the upcoming state convention. Any
parent of multiples interested in further information can contact Arlene

 Wilkes University's Multicultural Student Coalition will sponsor a Welcome
Back Mixer from 8-10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, in Rumours Lounge, on the lower
level of the Arnaud C. Marts Center, South Franklin Street. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Students from Wilkes and all other local colleges and universities, as well
as minority leaders and members of the community, are invited for refreshments
