When to watch Rocket Ismail &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Look for No. 81 to come into the game on third down and long and other
obvious passing situationsWhen Rocket enters the game on passing downs, the
Panthers will look to use his world-class speed to give the offense deep
threat against the NFL's top-ranked pass defense. Ismail will be matched up
against Packer cornerbacks Craig Newsome and Doug Evans or All-Pro safety
Leroy Butler and the NFL's active career interception leader Eugene Robinson. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carolina's only other receiver with breakaway speed, Muhsin Muhammad,
starts as the slot receiver. Whenever Ismail replaces Muhammad in the lineup,
look for the Panthers to run a reverse or another trick play to get Rocket the
ball in the open field to keep the NFL's top-ranked defense off balance. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 One place area fans won't see the Rocket is on the Panthers kickoff and
punt return teams. While Ismail was one of the nation's top kick returners at
Notre Dame, he hasn't been used by the Panthers in that capacity. That doesn't
mean the Panthers don't pack plenty of excitement into the kick return teams.
Michael Bates led the NFL with 30.2 yards per return, including a 93-yarder
for a touchdown. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Ismail will see action, however, on the kick coverage units. Last week
against the Cowboys, Ismail's speed allowed him to get down field to down a
punt inside the five-yard line. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
