Shutterbugs Open Fifth Photo Display The Susquehanna Valley Shutterbugs Recently Held The Opening For Their Fifth Photo Display, Titled ``a Tale Of The Rails.'' The Show At The Lycoming County Historical Society Included Entries From As Far Away As New Jersey. It Was The First Time The Club Offered Cash Prizes And The First Time The Competition Was Open To Non-members.
