 An ice skating rink might be opened today if the rink is frozen, Borough &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Administrator Clif Madrack said following Tuesday's regular meetingThe
5,000-square-foot rink is situated in the New Westover Field on Westover Lane.
Madrack said the rink site was changed from the Beade Street Park because of
building complications. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Plymouth Volunteer Fire Co. No. 2 and Department of Works employees built
the rink at a cost of about $900, Madrack said. The cost includes labor,
sandbags and supplies. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "We wanted to do something for the kids," he said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The rink will be lighted and open from morning until 9 p.m., Madrack said,
adding that there will be no entrance fee. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "I hope it doesn't get warm, so we can use this thing," Madrack said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
