Albert Mazetis &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 January 24, 1997 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Albert Mazetis, 67, of East Main Street, Larksville, died Friday at the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-BarreBorn Dec. 29,
1929, in Pringle, he was the son of the late Anthony and Mary Vickmanas
Mazetis. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He attended Pringle schools and served in the U.S. Army in the European
Theatre during World War II. He retired as a staff sergeant in 1969. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He lived in Plymouth before moving to Larksville in 1994. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a member of St. Mary's Annunciation Church, Kingston; D.A.V.; V.F.W.
Post 1425, Plymouth; and American Legion Larksville Post 655,. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by sisters, Mary Novitski and Catherine
Chickanovich, and brothers, Anthony and John Mazetis. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a son, Thomas, Sumner, Wash.; a daughter, Karen Montgomery,
Bonney Lake, Wash.; four grandchildren; sisters, Nellie Polutchko, Potomac,
Md.; Rose Stanukenas and Ann Soznoff, both of Alexandria, Va.; Walter Mazetis,
Fort Belvoir, Va.; Joseph Mazetis, Virginia Beach, Va.; Philip Mazetis,
Heislerville, N.J.; and numerous nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday from the S.J. Grontkowski
Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9
a.m. in St. Mary's Annunciation Church, Kingston. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Pringle. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
