 and Pete Oreck who plan to spend a week in the Third World. Not only are
these local citizens giving of their time and talents to renovate an orphanage
in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Honduras, they are also dipping into their own pockets to make the trip.
Thank you for reminding us that often if you want a better, kinder world, you
must pick up your tools and build it yourself. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 COAL &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ... to those misguided, malicious individuals who -- unlike the six shining
examples named at left -- choose to sabotage and destroy the labors of caring,
charitable individuals and organizations. Whoever savaged the county's Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals van deserves our deepest contempt.
The effects of their vandalism can be repaired and we hope, too, their
troubled attitude. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
