 PLYMOUTH &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fair Queen competes in Hershey &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Luzerne County Fair Queen Jolene Garey, 18, of Plymouth, is competing in
the annual state convention and competition, sponsored by the PA &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 State Fair Association. The event will conclude today in HersheyGarey is
representing the county of Luzerne as well as the annual Luzerne County Fair
in this competition. She is competing in verbal interview and speech
categories against 45 other young women, representing their county fairs from
across the commonwealth. Garey will have the opportunity to also win
scholarships, promote the Luzerne County Fair and appear at the PA Fair
Association Trade Show while in Hershey. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She is the daughter of Rosemary Garey of Plymouth. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jolene Garey &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
