 Registration for the 1997-98 school year at McAdoo Catholic Elementary
School will take place from 9-11 a.m. on Jan. 28, 29, and 30 at the
schoolPreschool registration will be held on Jan. 30 and 31. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Marian Catholic &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 High School &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 An open house will be held today from 1-3 p.m. at Marian Catholic High
School so that prospective students and their parents can meet the faculty and
administrators, and tour the 40-acre campus. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The public is welcome to attend to learn more about academics, activities,
and athletics. Refreshments will be served. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WEATHERLY &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Weatherly Area &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 High School &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Two seniors at Weatherly Area High School have been chosen as Students of
the Month by the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks. They are Bradley
Boothe and Kelly Romig. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Boothe is the son of Bonita Lee and Bobby L. Boothe of Weatherly. His
hobbies include computers, bicycling, reading, drawing, music and writing. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Romig is the daughter of Arthur and Andrea Romig of Weatherly. Her hobbies
are reading, camping, fishing, babysitting, and hiking. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 This distinction is based on activities related to school and community
involvement. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
