Say So I Am Calling In Reference To The 911 Charge That's On Our Local Phone Bills For $1.25 A Month. The Phone Companies Had Said That If You Didn't Want To Pay That You Had To Write Them A Letter Every Month. I Was Wondering What's The Legal Implications Of This? Who Actually Authorized This To Be Charged? Where's The Money Going? And Exactly How Did This Get On The Phone Bill? And How Can It Be Taken Off So Easily?
