3 care centers get new owner &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Three area personal care centers are part of a major purchase by &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mechanicsburg-based Balanced Care CorpThe company announced Friday it
acquired the centers from Keystone Management Service. Company officials did
not disclose the sale price. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The local centers are the Kingston Manor Personal Care and Retirement
Center in Kingston, the West View Personal Care and Retirement Center in
Wyoming and the Kingston Health Care Center. The three centers have a combined
total of 259 beds. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Others included in the deal are centers in Bloomsburg, Peckville and Old
Forge. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 With the purchase, Balanced Care operates 18 assisted living communities
and 12 skilled nursing facilities in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Missouri. The
company also plans to construct seven assisted living communities in
Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina and Virginia. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The combined companies have more than $61 million in annual revenues and
employ more than 1,650 allied health care professionals and support staff. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
