Society's first responsibility is to victim; hence, we have Megan's Law &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 In his letter concerning Megan's Law (Jan 20.), Henry Bisco deserves
respect for seeing the humanity in everybody, but that's the point: Humanity
stops with the deed of the child molester and fully lends itself to the
childYes, the child molester is sick, but Mr. Bisco's analysis of right and
wrong is incorrect. Anybody who lives in a normal society is bombarded daily
with what is decent and what is not. To say that a child molester would not
understand that sexual abuse of a child is wrong is like saying he has lived
under a rock all of his life. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; We all make choices in life, and as adults, we must weep, and possibly pay,
for them. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 It the job of a civilized society to protect the innocent and victimized
first, and the criminal -- however sick -- last. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
