WILKES-BARRE -- The Luzerne County District Attorney's Office received 38
applications for a detective position specializing in domestic violence and
sexual assault cases. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 In the next week or two, District Attorney Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. and
other area law enforcement officers will interview the applicants, said deputy
district attorney Joseph Vullo. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The position pays $25,000 a year and is funded through a grant from the
Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A decision date has yet to be set. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
