 Ksiezopolski appointed full-time police officer &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The board of supervisors voted unanimously Monday to appoint Thomas &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Ksiezopolski of Harding a full-time police officerKsiezopolski, a part-time
officer for seven years, will be the second full-time officer in the borough.
He will be paid $7.81 an hour. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 His appointment comes in response to many requests from the public and
township fire companies for more full-time police protection. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 In other business: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Supervisors announced they are still negotiating with the Harding Fire
Company to purchase the company's building, located next to the township's
municipal building. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Roadmaster Tom Williams said repairs to the township's tennis courts on
Coolidge Avenue should begin by early spring. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
