 In response to Donald Kaul's commentary, ``Follow your hunches, not
hypocrisy'' (Jan. 26), for the time being it does not matter whether or not &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mr. Clinton is guilty of sexual harassmentDon't get me wrong. He is not,
nor should he be, above the law. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 But he is now the president of the most powerful country in the world. No
longer is he just the governor of Arkansas. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Clinton should have his focus on what is good for the country. He shouldn't
have to focus on what his civil attorney's strategy will be. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Anything that could divert his attention from his job at hand could, in
essence, divert the direction of the country. So why not wait until he is out
of office? &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Smearing the words, "Clinton sex scandal," in the headlines of every
newspaper for the duration of the trial will make not only Clinton, but also
the whole country, look bad. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Waiting is the obvious choice. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
