was previously located at 1007 Capouse Avenue in the Petersburg section of
Scranton. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The new location is in the West Scranton area and formerly housed the L.A.
Lewis Moving Company offices. Their warehouse remains in the rear of the
building. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Cost is $90 per sticker. Fee for senior citizens is $85. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Stickers may also be purchased through the mail. There is a three bag

 A $5 penalty will be added after Wednesday, Feb. 5. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Wyoming Borough Council will hold a work session at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in

 In other news, newsprint will be collected on Friday, Feb. 7, from
residents who display a current 1997 sticker. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Stickers are on sale between 9 a.m. and noon Monday through Friday. Cost is
now $105/two bag and $195/four bag. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The next regular monthly meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10,
in Council Chambers. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Committee chairpersons have been selected. Parents are needed to help in
planning the All Night Party. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Newcomers Club to welcome speaker &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Kathy Nolan, Ph.D., professor at College Misericordia and specialist in
child development and behavior, will speak about "Parent-Child Communication"
at the next meeting of the Newcomer's Club of Wyoming Valley. The session will
begin at 7 p.m. at Grotto's Pizza, Harveys Lake. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The talk is free and open to the public but each person is responsible for
the cost of their dinner which is a la carte from the menu. The Newcomer's
Club is an informal women's social club that promotes new friendships. Members
can attend monthly meetings, couples events and children's activities. Other
upcoming events include a couples Valentine's Day dinner and dancing at
