Physicians plan event to benefit Aids Council &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Dr. Gary Decker and Dr. Charles Scrobola will host the second annual &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Physicians Aids Alliance Benefit for the Wyoming Valley Aids Council on &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Saturday, Feb. 22. The Ramada Plaza Hotel, Wilkes-Barre, will co-sponsor
the event which will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. in the Tiffany Room at the
hotelHot 97's Danny Ocean will be master of ceremonies. Prize drawings will be
