Loretta Swantek February 6, 1997 Loretta Swantek of Valentine Street,
Moosic, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 died Thursday at the Mercy Hospice, ScrantonBorn in Dupont, she was the
daughter of the late Julius and Anna Kaspriski Janesko. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She lived in Moosic for most of her life and was employed for many years in
the garment industry. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of Holy Mother of Sorrows Polish National Catholic Church,
Dupont. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael S., on March 25, 1992;
brothers, Stanley, Walter and Bill; a sister, Mary Dick. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are a son, Michael D., Moosic; a grandson; aunts, uncles, nieces
and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Monday from the Francis A. Bednarski
Funeral Home, 340 Main St., Dupont, with a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Holy
Mother of Sorrows Polish National Catholic Church, Dupont, with the Rev.
Andrew Bilinski, pastor, officiating. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Dupont. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Memorial donations may be made to the Holy Mother of Sorrow Polish National
Catholic Church Building Fund, Wyoming Avenue, Dupont. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
