WILKES-BARRE -- Eugene McCleary, 34, of East Northampton Street, was cited
with disorderly conduct and harassment Thursday after he threw a chair at
Harold Goggins, of Davis Place, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The incident occurred at 4:10 a.m. at 70 Davis Place, police said. Police
did not report any injuries. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Paint splashed on house &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE -- Stella Butwin, North Grant Street, reported that someone
splashed white paint on her house Wednesday night or Thursday morning, police
said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Discs, tapes stolen &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE -- Georgeann Smith, Bowman Street, reported that $1,500 in
compact discs and videotapes were taken from her home between 8:30 a.m. and
12:15 p.m. Thursday, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Kegs of beer stolen &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WILKES-BARRE -- Five empty half-kegs of beer were stolen Wednesday from an
outdoor storage area at the Lone Star Steak House, Kidder Street, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
