 Hospital, Passaic, N.JBorn April 27, 1928, in Kacwin, Poland, he was son of
the late Anthony and Anna Szyszkowicz Kubasek. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was retired from the former Country Cousins Shoe Factory, Mocanaqua. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a member of the Ascension Church, Mocanaqua. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He and his wife, the former Helena Findura, were married on May 25, 1948. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Anthony, Garfield, N.J.;
Jan, Poland; a daughter, Anna Bednar, Garfield, N.J.; 11 grandchildren; and
one great-grandchild. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
