SCRANTON- An Olyphant man rammed two state police cruisers and a Scranton
police car while being apprehended Monday, state police at Dunmore said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Edward Napolitan, 27, was wanted on felony warrants for aggravated assault,
burglary and terroristic threats in connection with a former girlfriend in
Blakeley, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; After a police chase, Napolitan was arraigned Monday and incarcerated in
the Lackawanna County Prison for lack of $1 million bail on the previous
charges. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 According to state police: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Napolitan had stalked and threatened the woman in the past several days and
police developed a sting operation to locate him. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was spotted Monday in a stolen truck but resisted efforts to apprehend
him. Napolitan struck two state police cruisers on Luzerne Street, then again
